The direct beneficiaries would be selected from the pool of applicants sent in by participants of the Diaspora Educational & Development support Initiative by team of experts. The applicants would be scored based on their applications and ranked, and selection would be made until the quoter for the program is filled up. Care is taken to reflect gender balance. Successful applicants will be made public. AGiC is not liable for the choice of an independent experts for the final nomination/selection of qualified applicants to participate in all available training program or associated prizes. There is no recourse to legal action. No liability is accepted for loss of data, especially during data transfer, and for other technical defects. The organizers and third parties are entitled to make changes to the prizes offered when and where necessary.
The participants who are entitled to services or material compensations as advertised and anybody who submitted the correct information shall be considered during a draw in line with the appropriate operating legal framework.
